Specialist Sectors

Specialist Sectors require specialist skills and an acute understanding and appreciation of HEALTH AND SAFETY and how important this is not only in the execution of the project, but also in the pre-planning stage.

ALL ROSHAL STAFF undergo Health and Safety Training both In-house with qualified training consultants and also externally with the CITB training programmes.

Our Managers are highly skilled and are all capable of preparing pre-contract Health and Safety Risk Assessments under the CDM Regulations (Construction Design and Management).

Our Contracts team work together with our fitting teams (All In-house and “on the books”) to ensure that all Method Statements, Risk Assessments and C.O.S.H.H. Assessments (Care of Substances Hazardous to Health) are prepared accurately and are fully understood by all concerned.

We have fully trained First Aid personnel ON BOARD and we conform to RIDDOR (Reporting of Injuries, Death and Dangerous Occurrences) in terms of our Accident Recording Systems.
