We’re a quality managed company providing complete turnkey solutions to our clients in both the public and private sectors. That means we invest heavily in making sure our internal processes meet industry best practice (see our accreditations) and we can take care of every aspect of your project, from designing your new workspace to installing it.

Roshal was founded in 1990 and we’re a family owned company who look after our employees. We’re a big supporter of apprenticeships and have trained two generations in some families! We have a talented team of designers, craftspeople and operatives who are innovative and hard-working.

Our story so far.

The beginning.

1990

Our company is founded and operates from rented offices in Coalville, Leicestershire.

Relocation.

1992

After an extensive renovation project, we move to our current site, Heritage House: a grade II listed building near Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire.

First Environment Agency contract.

1994

We win our first framework contract with the Environment Agency (then the NRA).

First order over £250k.

1995

We win our first order over £250k: an office refurbishment for Marconi Systems in Leicester.

First order over £500k.

1997

We win our first order over £500k: to design and build a technical centre for HP Foods.

Quality management awards.

1998

We achieve the quality management award BS 5750 (now BSEN ISO 9001/2008) and the Investors in People award.

More big contract wins.

2000

We secure framework agreements with United Biscuits, Boots plc and Reynard Aviation.

First order over £1 million.

2003

We win our first order over £1 million: to refurbish an office and build a new storage facility for the Environment Agency.

Awarded 'Safe Contractor'.

2005

We achieve the Safe Contractor accreditation: a major UK health and safety accreditation scheme.

Gain 'Chas' accreditation.

2010

We achieve Chas accreditation for our risk management standards: the UK’s leading accreditation scheme for contractors.

Our new home.

2012

Major renovation works begin on Heritage House, to restore some of its original features and create a new office space for our growing team.

Move in.

2017

After 5 years, our new offices and joinery manufacturing facility are completed and we move into our new home.

Become a Corian fabricator.

2018

In 2018 we become an approved UK Corian fabricator. With over 100 different options, we are now specialists in this material and incorporate it into many of our designs.

Another big contract win.

2019

We win a £2.3 million contract for BCM Fareva, the large pharmaceutical manufacturer.

Become an NHS framework contractor.

2020

We are proud to have been selected by the NHS to help deliver multiple COVID-19 vaccination centres throughout the UK.

After 30 years, we undergo a rebrand to freshen up our logo and look.
